Medusa integrations
ready to deploy
Medusa gives you a modern store, and we connect it to the marketplaces, ERPs and payment systems your team already uses. Each integration is an open source npm package with its code on GitHub, tests and a demo mode, ready to set up in your store.
Fifteen integrations,
one standard
Each one works the same way: a page in the Medusa admin, a setup guide, settings and a demo mode on your own catalog. The logos on a card show who already runs it – hover for details. Pick an integration to see exactly what it does.
- Marketplace
Allegro
Offers, orders, stock and parcels An Allegro seller account connected to Medusa: offers linked to products by signature, orders imported exactly once, and stock, parcels, invoices and prices sent back to Allegro. - Sales hub
BaseLinker
Cards, stock, prices and orders both ways Medusa and BaseLinker both ways: product cards, stock and prices, store orders sent exactly once, and orders from Allegro, Amazon and other channels imported into Medusa. - ERP
Subiekt nexo
Orders as ZK, WZ and invoices with KSeF Subiekt nexo PRO by InsERT as the back office of a Medusa store: orders become ZK documents, WZ and invoices with their KSeF number come back to the order, and stock and prices flow from Subiekt. - Invoicing
Fakturownia
Invoices, corrections and KSeF exactly once VAT invoices, proformas, receipts and corrections in Fakturownia for Medusa orders, issued exactly once. Payment, KSeF number and PDF come back to the admin, and customers download their documents in the store. - Shipping
InPost
Parcel lockers, courier and COD on ShipX Ship with InPost from Medusa: four shipping options (Paczkomat and courier, each with or without cash on delivery), the chosen locker checked at checkout, and the fulfillment turned into a ShipX shipment from a plan a person reads first. Labels go through the backend, statuses through a webhook, and the rest of the store learns through events. - Classifieds
OLX
Adverts that match the store's stock OLX adverts linked to Medusa products by SKU. The plugin shows where OLX and the store disagree, reads statistics and messages, and with your consent ends, brings back and publishes adverts. - Payments
Stripe
Volume, fees, disputes and account health A Stripe dashboard in the Medusa admin: volume, fees and net by payment method, every payment next to its order, disputes with their evidence deadlines, refunds, the balance and payouts. Plus health checks of the whole setup with a fix for each problem. The official provider keeps taking payments – this plugin only reads. - B2B
Negotiations
Target price, counter offer, acceptance A wholesale customer asks for a price on a product or for the whole cart, and you answer with a counter offer, accept or reject in one thread. An agreed price can become a Medusa draft order right away. - B2B
Trade credit
Limits, terms and customer balances Credit limits and payment terms for B2B customers, right where the store is run: net 14, 30 or 60 days, the used amount from the customer's unpaid orders, due dates per order, an overdue check and a blocking toggle. The customer sees their own limit, the used amount and the open invoices in the storefront. - Loyalty
Loyalty
Points, a reward ladder and a ledger Points for every order, right where the store is run: one point per unit of the order total, a reward ladder the customer redeems from, the redemption history and manual adjustments in the admin, and the customer's own points in the storefront. A wholesaler keeps its customers close: every order earns, every reward brings them back. - Wholesale
Packaging
Piece, box, pallet, minimum and step The wholesale packaging ladder of the catalog, right where the store is run: the piece, the box and the pallet of every product, the minimum order quantity and the order step, the EAN codes and the SSCC labels for pallets. A wholesaler sells in units, not pieces: twelve drills in a box, one hundred and twenty on a pallet, and nobody orders eleven. - Compliance
EU compliance
GPSR, RODO and Omnibus in one panel The EU rules a store cannot skip, in one plugin: GPSR product safety, RODO / GDPR consent and data subject requests, and the Omnibus price transparency rule. One panel in the admin, a small store API for the storefront, and demo mode with sample data. - Verification
VAT whitelist
NIP, VIES and REGON in one panel Verify a Polish NIP against the Ministry of Finance whitelist, EU VAT numbers against VIES, and the REGON and legal form against the GUS Business Registry, right where the store is run. The VAT status, the bank accounts for split payment, a counterparty list with re-checks, the check history and the registration form's preview. - Messaging
E-mails
Ready templates in Polish and English The store's e-mails through Resend: order confirmation, shipping with tracking numbers, cancellation, welcome and password reset, in Polish and English, in your store's look and with a dark mode. Each goes out exactly once, and the admin shows what went out. - Team
Tasks
Tasks on orders, products and customers One board for the store team and its agency in the Medusa admin: columns from backlog to done, comments and a log of every change. Pin a task to an order, a product or a customer, and let scripts and AI agents report on the same board. -
Missing an integration?
We write new ones to the same standard: a plan before every write, a demo mode and tests. Tell us what your store needs to talk to.
No integration matches the selected filters – clear one or tell us what is missing.
All logos and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the systems the integrations connect to.
Rules that
guard your data
- 01
Plan first, write later
Every change in another system starts as a plan you see in the admin. A person turns writing on, in the options and in the admin, with a cap on changes per run.
- 02
Exactly once
Orders, invoices and documents never duplicate, even after a dropped connection. Before anything is sent, we check it does not already exist on the other side.
- 03
Demo mode on your data
Every integration has a demo mode built from your store's catalog. You see how it will work before you connect a real account.
- 04
Open source and tested
Packages on npm, code on GitHub under the MIT licence, tests before every release. You do not buy a black box only one company understands.
We set them up
in your store
- 1
A call and the scope
We agree which systems to connect and which way the data should flow.
- 2
A demo on your catalog
We run the integrations in demo mode on a copy of your store.
- 3
Connecting accounts
We connect the real accounts, check the plans and turn writes on one by one.
- 4
Launch and care
We watch the first days in production and update the packages along with Medusa.
Tell us about your project,
we'll tailor the rest to you
A 15-minute call is enough for us to know whether we are a fit for your project.
We start from what you need, not from an off-the-shelf solution.
