What is Sellasist?
Sellasist is a Polish e-commerce management platform that combines an order management system (OMS) with a warehouse management system (WMS). It gathers orders from marketplaces such as Allegro and Amazon and from online stores in a single panel, together with returns, complaints and customer correspondence. Conditional rules automate repetitive steps, such as issuing sales documents or changing order statuses.
How we use it at Koda Plus
Sellasist is part of the stack in our “E-commerce store with an AI customer service agent” project, alongside Shopify, Allegro, BaseLinker, the Claude API and Railway. The store's catalogue of electronics, home appliances and garden products is synced with a central warehouse, and an omnichannel AI agent answers customers in the store and on Allegro, handing the harder cases to the team. We can put together a similar stack for other multichannel retailers, with Sellasist as the place where the team handles orders and customer cases.
