What is BaseLinker?
BaseLinker is a multichannel sales management platform, now developed under the Base brand. It pulls orders from your store and marketplaces such as Allegro into a single panel, keeps a shared inventory with stock levels, generates courier labels and automates order handling with if-then rules. It does not replace the store; it is the operational layer on top of orders.
How we use it at Koda Plus
We connect BaseLinker to online stores as part of our system integration work, alongside Subiekt and ERP systems. It is part of the stack for the e-commerce store for tyres and wheels built on Medusa, which also sells on Allegro and OLX from a shared warehouse, and for the e-commerce store with an AI customer service agent, whose catalogue syncs with a central warehouse. Our Polish-language blog posts on BaseLinker, Allegro, Subiekt GT and Comarch Optima cover how to connect it and where its limits lie.

When it makes sense
- You sell through your own store, Allegro, OLX or other marketplaces at the same time
- Stock levels drift out of sync between channels
- Your team loses time updating statuses and printing labels by hand
- You want to automate order handling without building your own system
