What is Allegro API?
Allegro API is the official REST interface that lets external systems manage listings, stock levels, prices, orders and shipments on Allegro, the Polish online marketplace. Access is free once you register an application at developer.allegro.pl, authorisation uses OAuth 2.0 and a separate sandbox environment is available for testing. Off-the-shelf connectors such as BaseLinker and bespoke integrations both run on top of it.
How we use it at Koda Plus
We connect Allegro to online stores and B2B wholesale platforms, either directly through the API or via BaseLinker, depending on whether an off-the-shelf connector can handle the company's pricing and stock rules. In the tyre and wheel online store built on Medusa, sales on Allegro and OLX draw on the same stock as the store itself. In the online store with an AI customer service agent, the agent answers buyers both in the store and on Allegro and hands harder cases over to the team. We design these flows as part of our system integration service.

When it makes sense
- Allegro is one of your main sales channels alongside your own store
- Stock and prices should flow from your ERP or warehouse without manual re-keying
- A wholesaler needs separate pricing rules and a minimum margin after commission
- An off-the-shelf connector cannot handle the logic your business requires
