What is Comarch Optima?
Comarch Optima (also known as Comarch ERP Optima) is Comarch's modular ERP system for small and medium-sized businesses, covering areas such as sales, inventory and accounting. Its data lives in a Microsoft SQL Server database, and Comarch provides a programming interface for integrators as well as its own store platform, Comarch e-Sklep, with built-in synchronisation. Optima also issues and receives invoices through KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system.
How we use it at Koda Plus
Alongside Subiekt, Comarch Optima is the system we work with most often in Polish B2B. We connect it to online stores and wholesale platforms, including those built on Medusa.js, so that price levels, discounts and customer limits from Optima work in the store exactly as they do in the ERP, and document and invoice numbers come back to the customer's account. When designing the data exchange we account for the system's limitations, including how it handles individual price lists and customer records.
In our services
When it makes sense
- You run sales, inventory or accounting in Optima
- A B2B wholesaler needs customer-specific prices and discounts from the ERP in its store
- Orders from the store or Allegro are currently entered by hand
- Comarch e-Sklep cannot handle your B2B logic, such as order approvals
