Subiekt GT / nexo

Polish sales and inventory software

Subiekt GT and nexo are InsERT's sales and inventory applications. Integrating them with a store syncs stock, prices, customers and sales documents.

What is Subiekt GT / nexo?

Subiekt GT / nexo are two product lines of InsERT's sales and inventory software, widely used by Polish retailers and wholesalers to manage stock, price lists, customers and sales documents. Programmatic access to the older line, Subiekt GT, comes from the paid Sfera add-on, while the newer line, Subiekt nexo, has its own programming interface, Sfera nexo. Both can be connected to an online store through Sfera, middleware such as BaseLinker or file exchange.

How we use it at Koda Plus

Alongside Comarch Optima, Subiekt is the system we work with most often in Polish B2B. In the B2B and B2C platform for beauty salons, built on Medusa, the store works with Subiekt nexo. We start each integration with a map of fields and directions: stock, prices and product records flow from Subiekt to the store, orders reach Subiekt as documents with the customer account, product codes and payment method, and statuses come back to the customer's account.

When it makes sense

  • You run stock and invoicing in Subiekt and also sell online
  • Stock levels and orders are re-keyed by hand between systems
  • The same goods are sold by the store, on Allegro and by sales reps working in Subiekt
  • Your wholesale business tracks individual terms and credit limits for each customer

Frequently asked questions
Subiekt GT / nexo

  • Do I need Sfera to integrate Subiekt GT with an online store?

For a direct integration through the programming interface, yes – Sfera is a paid InsERT add-on for Subiekt GT. The alternatives are middleware such as BaseLinker or scheduled file exchange, which does not work in real time.

  • Subiekt GT or nexo – which integrates better with a store?

Both can be integrated. Subiekt nexo has a newer programming interface and is often easier to work with technically, but if you already run GT with years of documents and customer records, migrating just for the store rarely makes sense.

  • How do I avoid duplicate customer records in Subiekt?

The integration must match customers on a stable key – for businesses usually the Polish tax ID (NIP) – instead of creating a new record with every order. Agree on that key before the first order reaches the system.
