Fakturownia is Polish online invoicing software in which businesses issue invoices, pro forma invoices and corrective invoices and keep a database of customers and products. It provides an API through which an online store or another system can create documents automatically and retrieve their data. It also supports sending invoices to KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system.

In the B2B and B2C platform for beauty salons, built on Medusa, Fakturownia works together with Subiekt nexo, Stripe and Przelewy24. In system integrations we treat it as the accounting layer that receives order and buyer data, including the tax ID. We connect it to stores so that documents are created when an order changes status rather than being re-keyed by hand.
