What is dane.gov.pl?
dane.gov.pl is the Polish state open data portal, where public institutions and other bodies publish datasets in machine-readable formats. Following an amendment to the Polish developer act, known as the price transparency law, it also carries the asking prices of apartments and single-family houses sold by property developers. Developers have to update this data every day.
How we use it at Koda Plus
Two property developer websites we built on Webflow are connected to dane.gov.pl: “Website and apartment catalogue for WJ Investment” and “Two developments for Firma Inwestycyjna JW”. In the WJ Investment catalogue, prices refresh daily and feed the register required by the price transparency law, while the Firma Inwestycyjna JW site sends its price history to the register every day. Both projects use Supabase alongside Webflow.

- You sell apartments or houses as part of a residential development
- Unit prices change often and have to be reported every day
- The price list on the website and the data for the portal should share one source
- The unit catalogue runs on a database rather than hand-edited tables
